2. Description of Service

FactorySandbox provides ephemeral runtime environments for executing code in isolated sandboxes. The Service includes APIs, SDKs, and related documentation for creating, managing, and monitoring sandbox executions.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Execute malicious code intended to harm systems or data
• Attempt to access systems outside your sandbox environment
• Mine cryptocurrency or perform resource-intensive operations
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription plan. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension. We reserve the right to modify rate limits with reasonable notice.

6. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by FactorySandbox and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of code you execute in sandboxes.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
